About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team at the Pickle Ball Association of America. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and growth of our innovative and exciting pickle ball league. You will work closely with our executive team, as well as stakeholders across the organization, to identify market needs, develop product strategies, and execute on product initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute product strategies that align with the overall business objectives of the league.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and stay up to date with industry trends.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define product requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing, to prioritize and execute on product initiatives.
• Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of product initiatives.
• Continuously monitor and analyze customer feedback to drive improvements to the product and user experience.
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and innovations in the pickle ball industry.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a related industry.
Experience developing and executing successful product strategies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Passion for pickle ball and a desire to be part of a dynamic and innovative league.
